How it Works
Aspen Spirits Tastings provides personalized journeys through the world of spirits and cocktails. We offer intimate, private tastings for small groups in addition to flow-through tastings for larger group special occasions, corporate retreats, and celebrations. Each tasting session is tailored to the preferences and interests of the guests, ensuring a truly unique and immersive experience. Whether guests are looking to explore a specific spirit category, delve into rare and limited-edition releases, or discover the history and personality of cocktails, we craft a tasting itinerary that meets your desires.

With 20+ years of hospitality experience, 15 of which was at nationally-recognized Aspen restaurant & bar Jimmy’s, we pride ourselves on offering accessible expertise in a fun and approachable format.
